TERM AND CONDITIONS : 

1. All above rate are inclusive breakfast for 2 persons and 10% tax charge.
2. Room rate quoted in Rupiah.
3. Check in time at 02.00 pm ; Check out time at 11.00 am.
4. High season 15 June 2010 - 31 July 2010. Additional Surcharge Rp 50.000.
5. Peak Season 5 September 2010 - 19 September 2010 & 20 December 2010 - 05 January 2011. Additional surcharge Rp 100.000
6. Minimum deposit is 50%.
7. All payment should be settled before guest check in.
8. Cancellation fee will be charge if cancellation is received less than 48 hours prior arrival of the guest.
